Subway Surfers review
Subway Surfers is a perfect example of a typical runner with one main purpose to run and hide from Inspector, gathering coins and power-ups. You can choose to follow Jake, Fresh or Tricky characters, running through barricades and subway tracks.
Graphics in the game are worth the attention. It has its unique style of cartoon characters and vivid background. You have a variety of options for customization of your character you picked. Some of them you can earn in the game, some of them can be bought with real money. There are numerous options of skins, clothes, and cool items like jetpack or hoverboard that you can upgrade.
The music is not really as much impressive as colorful graphics, and yet it is not getting in your way. This is very important for the game with one main goal and no changes in the scenario. All you need to do is run, and it is very important not to get annoyed with music.
Controls are very easy. Pick among tilting and swiping when you need that, tap to start the game and that is almost all. You need to jump and swipe to the left or right, gathering all the coins you see, bud don’t stop even for a second or Inspector and his dog will catch you.
The game looks familiar. It is similar to Temple Run but with multiple adjustments that makes it much more entertaining for gamers of any age. The idea is simple – you need to run using numerous devices for this.
You are running through tracks, gathering power-ups and gold on your path. You will need to avoid not just one angry Inspector, but fast trains, barricades, light posts, and tunnels. At the same time, the more dangerous place you are running through, the more coins or power-ups you see. Keep running, but don’t skip coins if you can.
Use coin magnet or jetpack to grab more coins. Jetpack is also great to raise your speed. After completing some missions on your way, you will be rewarded with golden coins. You receive enough money in the game, so you don’t actually need to buy more for real cash unless you are desperate for something extraordinary.
There are several new tricks to the classic runaway game, which developers added just for fun… or to make the life of player more complicated. Anyway, some platforms are moving, there are lots of danger in the quest for sneakers, which actually don’t change anything in particular, and there are unbreakable hoverboards.
This game can be linked to your account on Facebook. And you can invite your friends to play with you. There is no multiplayer option (for now?), but you can still challenger your friends to earn more scores than you. Become the first in the leaderboard.
- Addictive interesting missions;
- Amazing colorful graphics;
- Responsive controls.
- The whole idea of children running away from inspector using dangerous subway tracks does not show any positive examples of behavior.
